We get many referrals and thank you notes from our customers. They make us proud and reinforce our motivation to do well. Quick appointment and Paul (H) was very very nice and resolved the issues without difficulty. We particularly like that when a simple solution was available [adjust the door bell and change batteries rather than replace the unit] it was pursued. The worker arrived late but called to advise.
