Guarantee / follow-up

How about our guarantee?  How about problems?  Of course, we work to minimize problems or misunderstandings.  But if there is one, it gives us an opportunity to show how we stand behind our service.  It's usually a misunderstanding and can be readily corrected. Wrong color? Want the chandelier a little higher? We'll schedule a return visit to correct it.  Oddly enough, how we rectify a problem is often what really impresses people and makes them a customer for life!  A guarantee is only as good as the people who stand behind it!
